On the COVID-19 vaccination information query page, click Check Yourself to jump to the vaccination information page.

On the search page of WeChat, enter your local Health Pass, such as: Sichuan Tianfu Health Pass.
After entering the Tianfu Health Pass page, click on other services to enter the new page.
In the page of other services, find the COVID-19 vaccination service and click on it.
On the COVID-19 vaccination service page, click on the vaccination information and you can successfully see your vaccination record. Health Pass Query in Alipay
On the search page of Alipay, enter your local Health Pass, for example: Sichuan Tianfu Health Pass.
After entering the Sichuan Tianfu Health Pass page, click on other services in the lower right corner.
In the page of other services, click on the COVID-19 Vaccination Service to enter a new page.
On the COVID-19 vaccination service page, click on the vaccination information to successfully see the vaccination record.
