For one-child families before the adjustment of the comprehensive two-child policy and rural families with two children under family planning, the existing incentive support systems and preferential policies must continue to be implemented.
03 Assistance Guarantee
It is necessary to establish and improve the all-round assistance and guarantee system for special families with planned births, improve the support and care working mechanism led by the government and participated by social organizations, and safeguard families with planned births Legitimate interests.
In addition, there is currently no complete set of subsidy standards for giving birth to a third child. The relevant plan is still being formulated by the country, and I believe it will be improved in the future. Of course, some companies have responded to the national call to encourage employees to have three children and announced incentives for three children. For example, on June 1 this year, a technology company in Chongqing issued an incentive announcement in response to the country’s three-child policy. After giving birth to three babies, a female employee can receive a one-time maternity bonus of 30,000 yuan from the company's finance department with a birth certificate from the hospital. In addition, male employees can also apply for a one-time subsidy of 10,000 yuan.
