Chapter 3: Responsibility System for Comprehensive Management of Social Security Article 10: Establish a target management responsibility system for comprehensive management of social security.

(8) Participate in comprehensive social security management activities organized by the township (town) people's government, sub-district offices and local public security police stations.

Article 12 The responsibilities of urban residents' committees and rural villagers' committees in the comprehensive management of social security:

(1) Formulate residents' conventions or villagers' conventions, and carry out socialist legal education and moral education for the masses;

(2) Establish and improve public security organizations and people's mediation organizations;

(3) Implement specific measures to prevent theft, fire, special attacks, vandalism and other public security disasters;

(4) Mediate civil disputes;

(5) Provide assistance and education to illegal persons in the jurisdiction, persons released after serving their sentences, and those released from reeducation through labor;

(7) Participate in comprehensive social security management activities organized by the township (town) people's government and sub-district offices;
