1. For farmers to build prefabricated farmhouses for their own use, the municipal finance will subsidize 5 yuan/square meter on average according to the construction area;
2. For enterprises (individuals) to build prefabricated farmhouses for business such as homestays, the municipal finance will subsidize 2 yuan/square meter on average according to the construction area;
3. Except the foundation can be poured or laid on site, other main structural components (beams, columns, floors, internal and external wallboard, stairs, etc.) of the assembled farm house subsidized by the municipal finance should be assembled on site by all the components produced by the factory.
The ways to strengthen all kinds of financial support in Chongqing are as follows:
1. Encourage financial institutions to open up green channels for projects and enterprises carrying out prefabricated rural housing construction and increase credit support;
2. Encourage financial institutions to provide staged housing loans to farmers who build prefabricated rural houses, and give preferential treatment in terms of loan amount, loan term and loan interest rate;
3. Explore the establishment of rural home insurance system, and encourage insurance companies to set up and provide assembled farm house quality and safety insurance.

Land in urban areas belongs to the state.
Land in rural areas and suburban areas belongs to farmers' collectives, except those that are owned by the state according to the law; Homestead, private plots and private hills are collectively owned by farmers.
