1. The standard residential heating price is planned to be reduced by 2 yuan per square meter, and it will be adjusted from 28 yuan/square meter to 26 yuan/square meter (building area). Among them, the residential users who have no unit to reimburse the heating fee will pay 23.3 yuan/square meter, and the difference of 2.7 yuan/square meter will be subsidized by the government;
2. The subsidy standard for heating expenses of administrative personnel in government agencies and institutions is 1,5 yuan per person per year at the departmental level and 1,1 yuan per person per year, with 9 yuan per person at the departmental level and 7 yuan per person below the clerk level;
3. The subsidy standard for heating expenses of workers and staff in government agencies and institutions is 1,1 yuan per senior technician per year, 9 yuan for technicians and senior workers per year, and 7 yuan for middle and junior workers and ordinary workers per year.
The ladder price policy of Chongqing gas is divided into heating period and non-heating period, as follows:
1. Heating period: December-February of the following year
Charging standard:
The first stage: 1.96 yuan/cubic meter, -1,325 cubic meters (annual gas consumption);
the second stage: 2.13 yuan/cubic meter, 1325-2165 cubic meters (annual gas consumption);
the third gear: 2.48 yuan/cubic meter, more than 2,165 cubic meters (annual gas consumption).
2. Non-heating period: March-November
First gear: 1.96 yuan/cubic meter, -375 cubic meters (annual gas consumption);
the second stage: 2.13 yuan/cubic meter, 375-495 cubic meters (annual gas consumption);
the third gear: 2.48 yuan/cubic meter, more than 495 cubic meters (annual gas consumption).
The process of handling gas concessions is as follows:
1. Bring the original and photocopy of the household ID card (if it is an agent, bring both ID cards and photocopies);
2. Bring photos of heating equipment, boiler license plate, house property certificate and gas meter to prove that it has been used;
3. Go to the gas company to handle it.
article 5 of the national standard of the people's Republic of China-heating service in cities and towns, under normal weather conditions and when the heating system is in normal operation, the heating business enterprise shall ensure that the heating temperature in the user's bedroom and living room is not lower than 18℃.
note 1: normal weather conditions refer to the daily average outdoor temperature defined in the design of heating systems in various buildings, which shall be implemented in accordance with appendix a "calculated outdoor air temperature" in GB5735-212. The outdoor daily average temperature is subject to the data released by the professional meteorological department.
